The candidate must fulfill the subsequent two criteria to be eligible for the IBPS Clerk Exam 2023:
Regulation (As on 01/07/2023)-Age: The candidate must be 20 Years to twenty-eight Years. the ultimate criteria for IBPS Clerk Exam are going to be released along side the official notification.

IBPS Clerk Exam Pattern
The IBPS Clerk exam occurs in two stages: Prelims and Mains. Both these papers follow online method of conducting written examination. The structure of the exam is as follow:
Phase-1: IBPS Clerk Preliminary Examination
The preliminary examination of IBPS Clerk CWE is a web exam testing a candidate on the idea of their aptitude, intellect and English. There are three sections in total and therefore the candidate must clear the stop of every section to proceed to the mains exam round.
Candidates are required to unravel the question paper within the time-frame of 20 minutes for every section. The composite mark of the paper is 100 and therefore the passing marks is set by IBPS that’s likely to vary per annum counting on the extent of difficulty of the exam.

Phase-2: IBPS Clerk Mains Examination
No changes are observed within the Exam Pattern of IBPS Clerk Exam. IBPS Clerk Mains Exam will now constitute of 190 questions that must be completed during a time-frame of 160 minutes.
Previously, Computer Aptitude and Reasoning Ability Section wont to be conducted separately. But, within the recent update by IBPS, both these sections are amalgamated together and can constitute of fifty questions that must be solved during a time duration of 45 minutes. Penalty for Wrong Answers:
There is a penalty for wrong answers marked in both preliminary exam also as mains examination. A wrong answer to an objective question will cause a penalty of one-fourth of the entire mark assigned thereto question. there’ll be no penalty for the question left blank or unanswered.
Final Score Calculation for IBPS Clerk Exam:
The final score for the IBPS Clerk exam is calculated keeping the subsequent points in mind:
• Marks obtained within the preliminary examination (Phase-1) won’t be considered for final selection.
• Candidates must qualify Phase-2 to be eligible for final merit.
